1. Introduction and scope
This document explains how NeueWelle Agentur GmbH ("we", "us") processes personal data of visitors to neuewelleagentur.uk. It covers every page of the website, including the contact form and the support chat. By using the site you accept the practices described here.
2. Data controller
The data controller is NeueWelle Agentur GmbH, Oststraße 54, 40211 Düsseldorf, Germany. For any privacy question you can reach us at support@neuewelleagentur.uk; we normally provide a substantive reply within two business days.
3. What data we collect
Browsing the site generates technical data: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, time of visit and the pages viewed. The name, email address and message you enter in the contact form reach us only when you choose to send them.
4. Purposes of processing
Technical data is used to run the site securely, to debug problems and to produce aggregated visit statistics. Contact-form data is processed solely to answer your enquiry. We send no newsletters and we never use your data for marketing.
5. Legal basis
Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest: without it the site cannot be operated safely. Contact-form data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the message and may withdraw at any time.
6. Retention periods
Server log files are kept for a maximum of 90 days and are then deleted automatically. Contact messages are stored for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, so that we can see the history if you follow up.
7. Who receives the data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Only our hosting provider has access to the extent required for operation, under a data-processing agreement. Data is disclosed to authorities only upon a formal, legally binding request.
8. External links
Buttons in the ranking lead to app listings on Google Play, a service operated by Google. Once you leave our site, the processing of your data is governed by the operator of the destination service, and we recommend reading their privacy notice.
9. Cookies and local storage

10. Data security
The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS, our servers are patched regularly and protected by backups. Contact messages are accessible only to editorial staff through accounts protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.

You may at any time request information about the data we hold about you, and ask for rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Send your request to support@neuewelleagentur.uk; we will fulfil it, or justify a refusal, within 30 days at the latest.
12. Children's data
The site addresses a general adult audience and we do not knowingly collect data about children under 16. If you believe a child has nevertheless sent us personal data, let us know and we will delete it without delay.
13. Complaints and remedies
If you believe we handle your data improperly, please write to us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in our case the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, or to seek judicial remedy.
