1. Acceptance of the terms
By opening and using neuewelleagentur.uk you accept the terms set out here. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use the website. The terms apply equally to all visitors; the site has no registration.
2. Nature of the service
NeueWelle is an editorial website that tests, reviews and ranks free social apps distributed through Google Play. We do not operate the apps themselves: the buttons lead to official store listings run by the respective developers, to which these terms no longer apply.
3. Editorial opinion
The ranking, scores and reviews reflect the subjective but methodical opinion of our editorial team. We cannot guarantee that your experience will match ours, since it depends on your device, your connection and your taste.
4. Transparency of partnerships
Some outgoing links are partner links: if you tap them, the website may receive a commission from the partner. This costs you nothing and never changes the order of the ranking; the scoring methodology is identical for every app.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, reviews, graphics and emblems of this website are the intellectual property of NeueWelle Agentur GmbH. Short quotations with attribution and a link to the article are welcome; full reproduction requires our prior written consent.
6. Third-party trademarks
The names of featured apps and their associated trademarks belong to their respective owners. We reference them solely for identification and review purposes and, unless separately agreed, have no official affiliation with the rights holders.
7. Permitted use
You may use the website only lawfully and as intended. Disrupting its operation, mass-scraping its content, circumventing security measures and planting or spreading malicious code are all prohibited.
8. Links to external services
Outgoing links lead to services operated by third parties. Their availability, content and data handling are the responsibility of the respective operator; the presence of a link does not mean we endorse everything behind it.
9. Nature of the featured apps
Every app we feature is a free-to-play social game that uses virtual currency only. Nothing won inside these apps can be exchanged for real money or goods, and success in them implies no success in any real-money activity.
10. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is"; while we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete or current. We are not liable for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the external apps we link to.
11. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice. During the quarterly review apps may leave the ranking and new ones may join it.
12. Age requirement
The website and every app featured on it are intended for adults aged 18 and over, even though the apps involve no real-money play. Age classifications shown on Google Play always take precedence for the individual app.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, the courts having jurisdiction over Düsseldorf shall decide.
14. Severability
Should any individual clause of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses stays unaffected. The invalid clause is replaced by a lawful provision that comes closest to its economic and practical intent.
15. Amendments to these terms
We may amend these terms as the service evolves. The new version takes effect on the day of publication, with the effective date always shown at the top; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the amendment.
